What a fabulous time we had last night! Bumboarding definitely became one of the highlights of the week as everyone screamed their way down the hill! Team Jason and Team Papa Bear were fighting it out to be crowned Kings of the Slope and Curtis was our ultimate bumboarding champion!
We awoke this morning to sunny skies - crossing our fingers had worked! Everyone was soon heading down the green runs and they are making great progress each day. Tomorrow will be their final test - the dreaded skiing exam!
Tonight we're off shopping for pressies and then we'll be strutting our stuff at the disco! The teachers can't wait!!!

ReplyDeleteNathan, Matthew woke up this morning and has chickenpox. He is delighted he is getting off school for a while, cos he didn't think it was fair that he had to go to school while you were away skiing. (He is a nighmare as you well know)
Hope you have enough money left for shopping tonight, cos as we all know money doesn't last long in your pocket!! (remember the day of the school fair:-()

Good luck Luke and everyone else for your skiing exam tomorrow, I am sure you will all pass with flying colours - you have all been a credit to Brooklands and should all be really proud of yourselves!

Hope everyone's bums are not too sore after last night's bumboarding. Sounds like it might be a good way to lose weight! I am looking forward to hearing that you all passed your final exam tomorrow so don't spend all of your energy at the disco tonight.

For Aaron - Dad had to fill in at football training for you on Wednesday night... It went well but he says some of the bigger boys picked on him!!!

Glad to hear you've all had a good week, at least the only accident of the week was on the last day, just typical for it to be you Adam! ;-) We were expecting a phone call from Mr McCartney on Monday telling us you had broken a leg or an arm so to get a call on Friday saying its your collarbone isn't too bad son!
